Oh, boy that's a hard one to answer because I don't know how good you are, how detailed the trucks will be, what prices custom cakes in your area go for. Is there another baker you could ask in your town? In New Hampshire I would ask $10. per mini fire truck cake and the cake would be 12 servings X $2.50 or $30. and the cookies would be $3.50 - $4.00 each depending on the detail. In other words, best of luck - you're going to have to feel your way through this one. but one thing I do know, after doing 28 mini fire trucks - you won't want to do another one ever again.

I'm making a Firetruck shape cake, 28 mini firetrucks made from the mini loaf pan. The cake serves 12 and is decorated. I'm also making about ten cookies decorated and in shape of cars. Can you give me an idea of how to charge for these. I'm just starting to sell.
