Ditto what everyone else said. But just to give you a little idea, here in TX some of the rules are: attend a food management course (one day about $80); pay for permit $325 a year for me); no sharing of any equipment/food supplies with family - total separation; separate entrance; triple sink; mop sink; handwashing sink; covered head while working on product. In the course, you learn about food temps., etc. HTH
