: If you used real whipped cream you would definitely have to stablize it with gelatin as it will eventually wilt. At the Bakery we used to mix real whipped cream and Rich's whipped topping (1/2 and 1/2). You would definitely have to serve it in bowls of ice. Sorry, I've been away from "the Biz" too long to help suggest pricing.
