: Well, after a year of thinking about it and turning away business from people I wasn't friends with, I finally had my kitchen inspected. It was a positive experience. The inspector was very nice and knowledgeable (I was nervous because I had heard she was a bear). I learned a couple of things, for example, in her lab, she has found that Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface, if the directions are followed, does eliminate the bacterias that it claims. I'm thinking of having the name of my business incorpportated (just in case), has anyone else done this? Pro's? Cons? Happy Holidays and Happy Baking- J
