I know what I would have done, at least, what I would have bought. After I had done cakes for several years I got the electric turntable. It seemed like that every week I had about 6 wedding cakes to do and was at the shop until 3am. After I go the turntable I started going home about 6pm with the same work done. Was easier on me too because I had better balance with my arms and they quit aching so bad.
