wine country centerpiece

I'm doing a centerpiece of a wine barrel with a checkered blanket on top, a cast sugar wine bottle, grapes, leaves and a wedge of cheese on top. The barrel will be two and a half styro dummies, the bottle in sugar, and everything else in fondant. What on earth should I charge? (I can go on the high side. It's for the local Country Club) Thanks!
