: Dolores, Does the electric turntable still give you enough control in smoothing out the icing, or does it "get ahead of you" and you have to go back and redo things anyway?  How much do they cost?

: I know what I would have done, at least, what I would have bought. After I had done cakes for several years I got the electric turntable. It seemed like that every week I had about 6 wedding cakes to do and was at the shop until 3am. After I go the turntable I started going home about 6pm with the same work done. Was easier on me too because I had better balance with my arms and they quit aching so bad.
