Hi, I have not baked for $$ in a while now.
What should I charge for the following cakes for one customer:
one twelve inch round,3-layer chocolate cake with ganache between layers and frosting
four eight inch square,3-layer vanilla cakes with raspberry fillings
The cakes are decorated with chocolate candy mold fleur du lis ,, about 75 of them total.
The ingredients cost is about $100.00 to include food items and the foam core cake boards.
Thanks for any help,, I am just at a loss,, I was thinking of around $375 - $400.
Is that too high?
