(such as pastry chef or bakery arts)>>>>>>>No, I went to college for culinary arts, but when I did my internship at the fanciest hotel in town, they hired me after just a few months. I figured, why stay in school when I am working now where I want to. ( I didn't know much about cakes then)
From home or from a retail space?>>>>>>>Started out at home, then two years ago built a bakery on my property. Best thing I ever did was get out of the house!! And I can walk to work!
