Question. Has anyone ever done cakes out of a mobile kitchen? My legal kitchen rental fell through so now I'm back to square one. I put an ad in the paper about renting a commercial kitchen. I got a call from a guy who has a mobile kitchen for sale. You know the type they have at fairs. I wasn't even going to consider it, but maybe it's a possibility. I guess the biggest thing would be the size (which I'm not sure of yet).

I'd love to know what you guys think.
