I've started charging delivery by the difficulty of the route in some cases rather than mileage. I have several venues not that far from me, but getting up (or down) a particularly high hill or long rocky road is a major stress factor and so I figure a flat fee for that particular venue...usually $50. AND I've just invested nearly $500 in SFS system. No one has ever blinked!
