I use removable bottom pans you can find them here, they are easy to use this is what I do I bake then cool in fridge overnite or until cool I cover with saran wrap I use cake circles and cover with foil then I place circle on top of cake pan , then I flip and use another covered foil circle, then I place the topping on and cover with saran wrap or a good wrap and this is how I sell them or you can use the plastic see thru cake circle and top I think they are on here to, the one's that sam's and the grocery stores use to package their baked goods, hope this help's.
