I've never seen anything like that, and I do understand how many tilted cakes are done by slanting the cakes and cutting holes out to set cakes in....but have you ever seen the ones Ron Ben-Israel does....they're on plates and tilted at extreme angles...so how do you keep the cake from sliding off?
