Thanks Dolores, I took the original printer(Epson CX3810) back to the store and they replaced it with another that works fine. I am also having fun with the Photo Express CD I ordered from you, and on your web site you suggest printartist.com. Im only doing imaging on chocolate lollipops and disks, and have totally impressed many people. I realize how creative one can be. Thanks so much for all the DETAILED information your web site gives, and I refer to it many times!!! Cookies maay be next! Take care as we in Ontario Canada shovel out of 50 cm of snow last Sunday total this winter 458cm altogether..Enough already!!!! Linda
