Me too. Here hubby, hubby, hubby. Actually I find that now that I'm using MagicLine pans, my cakes bake up without that huge hump in the middle, just a little lump no hump.

: my hubby! Seriously though...I use Magic Line Pan, Bake Even strips, and bake 325 convection and don't have to take much off. Some people make cake balls, use icing or coffee creamer liquid to bind the cake, then roll them in chopped nuts, coconut, dip them in chocolate or whatever.
