Does the torting make the cake stronger or more fragile? I'm afraid with the torting there might be more places for the filling to bulge at the sides.


: That happened to me too. Tossed the darn thing in the trash. Bought an Agbay and have been in love with leveling ever since.

: Has anyone used the large Wilton leveler? I tried it tonight on my 14" square cake and it was a disaster. The blade kept angling upward as I was sawing and cut into the top of the cake. I decided not to put in a filling because I couldn't torte it.
