A question about sleeves of filling

I know that the fruit fillings are shelf stable and don't require refrigeration. Can anyone tell me if that is also the case with the Cream Cheese Filling? I have a friend that would like a Pumpkin Spice cake with Cream Cheese filling, and refrigeration would be an issue.
