size instrument to use for mini-cupcakes

: A while back I got help on the type of "ice cream scoop" to use for the regular size cupcakes but does anyone know what size scoop or at least the amount of batter to use for the mini cupcakes?  I would like the cupcakes to come out the same size everytime.  thanks  Nicole
