I really don't see how ICES could help out in the situation you described because of all the health laws in each state and they all seem to have different laws to abide by. However, I do believe that they would help out in the Rep situation if you contacted the President of ICES and let her know what is going on. One bad Rep can surely mess up how the state's membership responds and feels about ICES when it really isn't the fault of ICES except that they didn't know about the situation so they could get her out of there as the Rep. The Rep is like a President or leader of that group. I urge you to contact someone about this situation.
