I have never used one....im thinking about buying the smallest one (revolation 1) and I have no idea how it works and if it really will make my life easier. I am spending alot of time trying to temper chocolate just using a thermometer and its a pain in the neck. If you could share all the knowledge you have on this machine and tempering....I would really appreciate it!
