It may be a frosting sheet. If put on when the icing is damp it would kind of dissolve and take on the color of the background. It takes on the color of the background if I put it on a cake top that has been air brushed. The print seams to be sharp though. I'm impressed those are very nice.

At first i thought frosting sheets but when i saw them at a wedding, it did not look like it (i work a lot with frosting sheets and know how to identify them on cookies especially).
Besides, the frosting sheets are white and if you look at the site, some of the cookies have the prints on colored icing. There is no way to match the color of the icing to a colored backround on a frosting sheet.
So how can i do this?
