It happened to me with the c88+ too. I did everything. KK told me a way to clean it better. That MIGHT work SOMETIMES...after wasting a few frosting sheets. But by far did NOT take care of it. I finally gave up and quit doing these pictures. Life is a lot less stressful and I'm not out all the expense. I'm sure I spent much more on new printers, ruined frosting sheets and time, then I ever got out of it. Just my opinion. Maybe someone else can help, hope so.
