Also, I don't know if anyone else has had this happen. But when we had our bakery, a couple of times...we would close the box and the next morning the image had actually raised up off the cake and was stuck to the lid of the box. Moral here...don't close the box.

I thought of this dilemma with what you are doing. Maybe the box was barely tall enough when our problem occurred, but this would also be a disaster for you.
