DeniseNH...pumpkin cake recipe help

I made your recipe for the pumpkin cake that was on the "recipe" section of the BB (with Jeff's idea of white choc chips and cranberries.) What size pans did you use? I made them up as cupcakes so the bride and groom could taste them (I loved it!! already ate 3!!) Problem was...they puffed up nice when in the oven and flattened once they were out of the oven. Any ideas to remedy this? Should I just put more batter in the pan when I bake? I'd like to use the recipe in a larger pan.
