I have an older Wilton wedding cake I'm doing with angels on it that are overpiped for added drama on their hair - wings - and fabric drape they're holding. It's so much easier to do these in white chocolate instead of fonndant but I can get the angels really white using MMF and Wilton Whitener but can't get the Wedding White chocolate really white - but can make the overpiping white. So, my long drawn out question is - has anyone overpiped royal icing onto white chocolate and had any problems with the piping not sticking or falling off?
