Especially since most kid's cakes takes lots of colors, give me plain old white or ivory anyday, I hate the mess of all those colors AND the time mixing them! I now have a minimum sheet cake order for those parents that just want a "little cake" for a birthday! And of course, if I'm going to mix up batter and bake, I'd rather bake multiple cakes.
