I use MMF all the time and would say that buttercream or royal sticks. Just make sure the buttercream isn't so stiff when you pipe it on that it would harden up and jiggle off during transport.


: I don't see why you couldn't use buttercream on it, but I've never made the MMF, but I've used buttercream on regular fondant and it is fine.
