Jeff,
I have not had the opportunity to try your recipe yet. I will do so the next time I have a cake. The icing I used on the wedding cake was Carolyn Cream cheese Buttercream and it was really good. I will let you know. With the batch that had seperated i ran the bowl under some hot water and warmed it up,put on the paddle attachment and beat it for another 10 min or so then added more powdered sugar to it and it worked better. It never came together fully but it worked and I had no complaints. Thanks for your help.
