I just did this & called them bonbons. I took chocolate cake tops & peanut butter & a bit of leftover frosting. I mixed it up in my food processor till it was stiff goop. Them I rolled it into small balls & froze them. Then I dipped em in melted chocolate, let cool in my fridge & they were SUPER!
