Seems it was dated 1956 and was the Pilsbury bakeoff cake winner for that year. White cake made with buttermilk and butterscotch chips then the filling has more chips and coconut in it. Thanks MCLOW I'm going to remember that site! : Can anyone give me the on-line site of that huge cake recipe library. I'm searching for a Mardi Gras cake (butterscotch cake with butterscotch chips in it) not the Mardi Gras King Cake. Thank so much.
