: I ask this on the old board but I don't know how to get to it, so please forgive me, I am asking again.  How far in advance can I put fondant on a cake that is due on Saturday.  Second question...does anyone have a really good mint recipe and how long in advance can you make these.  Thanks so much.  I like the new board.
