wolf cake ideas & how to make pine trees?

Looking for ideas for a wolf themed cake for an 8 year old girl. She is really into wolves and nature in general. I might make a wolf image and surround it in a snow-like forest. I've never made a pine tree! Any pictures or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
