You can make a pretty decorated cross with the Wilton cross pan. If you need a lot of servings you can put that cake on top of a sheet cake.

: My nephew is making his 1st Communion this spring, and I've offered to make the cake for my brother. I've thought about buying the "book" pan - possibly covering it with fondant and making the board just slightly larger than the cake to make it look like the book jacket. Any other ideas/pictures anybody can share with me???
