betty boop design ideas

hello everyone, I have a request from the birthday lady for a betty boop cake . The cake will be a 2-layer 9" heart cake with 12 cupcakes. The cupcakes will be iced white with red, black and white hearts on them so that's no problem. But can you guys direct me with some ideas for the 9" cake because I did a google and webshots seach but nothing came up that really "struck" me. Her cake is for April 8th. thank you.
