Hawiaan theme retirement cake ideas

My mother is retiring soon and she has requested that I make her cake for her party at work. Since my mother and I are going to Hawaii for two weeks she wants a Hawaiian theme cake. Does anyone have any ideas or pictures of cakes that they have made that they can send me? TIA.
