can ANYONE please help me with what type or size ice cream scoop you use to get the right amount of batter for the perfect cupcake size everytime? Making regular size cupcakes. I went to a restaurant store and they had so many sizes it was confusing. I have about 75 cupcakes to do for a wedding and need all the help I can get and of course I want them to look uniform. Thanks
