Thank you Food Guy. This bride went to another decorator who tried to talk her into having a waterfall of blue piping gel down the front of the cake. I told her about blue fondant - then made the palm trees out of large pretzel rods wound with brown florist tape. The trees on the left which you can't see are inserted into a puddle of white chocolate so they'll stand up an are dusted with cookie crumb sand to disguise the white chocolate.
