Check under NOVELTIES and see Vehicles. There are pictures there that should help with ideas on decorating. You can even make a tunnel. Bakers use to do that. They cut the bottom out of a paper up, lay onside. Ice the 'tunnel' over. Maybe have a stream of water...put piping gel over blue icing for shine. I always added a few sprinkle flowers because the colors are dull for these cakes.
