The white freezer paper works great and you can buy it in huge rolls at wholesale warehouses such as Sam's Club.
: I use embossed foil for wedding cakes, groom's cakes, and anniversary cakes. For everything else, I use white freezer paper. It's coated on one side and that prevents grease from staining it, and it's relatively cheap. I buy huge rolls of it.
: Could anyone give suggestions on what to use to cover a cake board instead of foil?
