Has anyone ever make tiered/stacked cookies with icing in between? My daughter is wanting cookies like this for her 13th birthday. Suggestions, photos would be very helpful! Also, what is the best icing to use on a chocolate chip cookie cake and snickerdoodle? Thanks!
