Duck Hunting Theme Cake

I was doing a search online for some ideas for doing a Dunk Hunting Theme 30th Birthday cake, and came across the One I'd like to try to go by. The ducks & hunting dog look like they are cutout of Fondant. Where would I find anything like that? Or will I have to use a picture & trace over wax paper to get the ducks in flight & then place over fondant to cut out the duck & dog shapes? I found the cake on Denise Laws cakes. Thanks!!
