I altered the recipe but I only use it to ice cupcakes. I tried it on a cake but this was in the summer and lets say it didn't stand up well in the warm weather. It was for a lady at my work and when I delivered the cake to her home she wasn't there. We waited outside for about 20 minutes and tried to make it home (another 20 minute drive) to put the cake in the fridge and the icing was starting to slide off of the cake. Got rave reviews on the cupcakes though.

I can't find the mousse recipe now and wanted to try
it as a filling....does anyone have it handy? Thanks.
