I tried the 2 cups whipping cream and a small box of instant chocolate pudding. I mixed it on low and within 10 seconds it was so thick the beaters almost locked up! I salvaged it by adding another cup of whipping cream and folding in a cup of Cool Whip. It tasted great!
Should it normally get so thick?

If I am not mistaken, Marida's is the one that is 2 cups of heavy cream whipped with 1 box of pudding mix [any flavor]. I use the white chocolate pudding put out by Jello as a filling and it is my best seller! Diane D
