Advice: long distance wedding cake order?

I need some advice: I am in Atlanta, GA and I received a call from a customer in Albany, GA. She is insisting that she would like for me to provide her wedding cakes (bride's and groom's). Here's the kicker, it's for 350 people! I'm not sure how to go about charging her, it's about a 5-5 1/2 hour roundtrip.

Has anyone had any experience in the "long distance wedding" area? What type of factors should I consider with pricing other than cake price, delivery (miles and fuel)?

The wedding is going to be on a plantation, and she has extended the invitation to use the commercial kitchen and lodging, so I will need to make at least one trip down to the location before I can determine if I will use the facility.

I basically need some advise from those who have dealt with these type of events, the wedding cake size is not the issue, the issue is the distance.
