Personalizing or Monograming Wedding Cake Cookies

: I was wondering if anyone knows how this customizing is done. An example of one is at the link below.


At first i thought frosting sheets but when i saw them at a wedding, it did not look like it (i work a lot with frosting sheets and know how to identify them on cookies especially). 
Besides, the frosting sheets are white and if you look at the site, some of the cookies have the prints on colored icing. There is no way to match the color of the icing to a colored backround on a frosting sheet.
So how can i do this?
