It was a pvc frame with tulle over it. I have no clue where the pictures are or I'd post it again. The base pieces were about 5" each and the top pieces about 2". The side pipes can be any height you want and then you use the 3 way connectors and hook the whole thing together. We just used the regular glue for pvc pipe. If you want it to have enough weight for windy locations you can fill the pipe with sand before you seal it all the way.
