Denise: Let me share with you something that I have experienced. I am my own worst critic. It bothers me to make a mistake. That said, I have to tell you, I am not the first one to admit to a customer if I made a mistake. I offer my brides a choice of different cake flavors for each tier. Last Aug. I messed up the flavors and put the wrong cake flavor for the two tiers. I felt bad. They got the flavors they ordered, but not on the right tiers. However, I never mentioned it and still got a lovely thank you from them. My point is, if your customers feel that something was wrong, they will let you know. Unless it's something really huge that went wrong, I don't think you need to point out the small things. I hope I haven't offended you by saying this. I respect you and your opinions so much. Helen
