99% of my customers (even new brides) come in saying "I don't want that fondant icing on my cake". I say "you're in luck as I'm primarily a buttercream person. I think some decorators in our area push the fondant because it's more money. As far as I'm concerned, buttercream is much easier. Of course, probably because I've done nothing but that for 45 years. Fondant just isn't my forte, I don't think!
