: I watch Cake Boss because I think it's entertaining, but I doubt that everything shown is a realistic situation.  I think that, like most "reality" shows, the reality is somewhat manufactured for dramatic effect.  The episode with the psychotic bride who thought the white cake with calla lilies was "ugly" and "too plain" and who then proceded to slather different colors of icing onto the cake seemed a little too over the top and scripted.  There were several people in the room at the time and no one attempted to stop her?  I know that cake decorating has its share of legitimate drama, but I just think this show goes out of its way to heighten it.

: Did you see the delivery guys drop that 5 tiered cake down the stairs....what a nightmare!

More amazing was the fact that the whole team was able to pull together and recreate the whole thing from scratch in 1 1/2 hours!  AMAZING!
