I think that whole show is scripted. When he is on FoodNetWork you can see that he is very arrogant. A cake decorator who tells the bride that you are the boss and you have to do it my way is totally wrong. Even on FoodNetWork Kerry Vincent calls him on the fact that he does flowers on all of his cakes most of the time. I think the cakes are probably dummies because he stacks them without a dowel. Charm City Cakes uses real cakes and is fun to watch.
